Yushuo Liou (“Sean Liou”) is dually licensed as CPA and attorney in California. To him, the most satisfying experience as CPA-attorney is being able to develop a deep and long-term relationship with many clients, who come back to his office for consultation on various business and personal matters as they go through the different phases of career and life.
He is an immigrant born and raised in Taipei, Taiwan. He graduated from the National Taiwan University with a degree in Economics. Just as he enjoys practicing two professions, he enjoys being able to think, feel, and understand the world from the perspectives of two different cultures.
He received Master’s degree in Economics from UCLA and J.D. from Loyola Law School. His primary interest has to do mostly with numbers, such as tax, estate planning, and business law. He also helps clients with issues in several other areas of law commonly faced by small business owners and immigrants.
